Because our Polish pottery is individually handcrafted and hand-painted, slight variations in patterns, colors, and shapes are natural characteristics of these unique pieces.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your pottery arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs of the damaged or incorrect merchandise.

Home of Polish Pottery will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns and exchanges.

• No restocking fees will be charged.

• Additional shipping charges may apply when sending replacement merchandise for standard exchanges.

• Refunds will be processed after returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

Holiday Merchandise

Holiday specialty items, including Christmas, Easter, and Halloween pottery, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
