Return Policy
Our goal is for our customers to be 100% satisfied. Because of the unique nature of our handmade pottery, consistency in pattern and form may vary. Our guarantee covers only the functionality of the pottery.
In case your pottery arrives damaged, please keep all the original packing materials and contact us within 3 business days from receipt of your order. Home Of Polish Pottery will either refund your money, issue a store credit or replace the item - please let us know which you would prefer.
Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping fees are buyer's responsibility. There is an additional shipping charge for exchange shipping and a restocking fee of 15% for all orders. Refunds will be issued once the items is returned and inspected, minus shipping and restocking fee.
Holiday specialty items (Christmas, Easter, Halloween etc) can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
Please notify us by sending an email to sales@homeofpolishpottery.com with “Return Request” in the subject line. Inform us of your intent to return the unsatisfactory items. Please include your order number and customer information in the return request.
